Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!):
Makino Risako:
A kitsune(nine tailed one), with bloody red fluff and also some vestigal vampire heritage. Calm and usually composed, and sometimes a bit aggressive. Used to enjoy medical work, but has gotten sloppy at it.

What made you join Funky Station?:
I've used to play on Delta-V, as a member dedicated to roleplay on the periapsis server. I was not the best roleplayer, but I had some long term friends and drive. The unfortunate degradation of the environment due to some changes has caused most of the players i viewed as interesting to leave it. I followed suit after sometime, and found monolith as another server i enjoy for different reasons. I liked monolith's flavor and combat, but have always found the roleplay lacking, and may have gotten my own RP degraded a bit. Recently I've been playing more on Goob's MRP server to try and rebuild a sense for good roleplay, but haven't gotten too deep in there. An active member of the monolith community recommended Funky Station to me on discord today, and I decided it was worth a shot- I've heard good things about Funky from the Delta-V community, and I would like to join the environment in an attempt to rebuild my RP sense as well as try and contribute to the community, perhaps finding a few old friends on Delta-V if they are here.

Regarding my character, he's an original character i made when I was quite young, but my experiences with him has made me really enjoy playing him. I have several, more grounded characters if he were to be unsuitable for play here.

Well, Makino does chemistry and medical mainly, though he sometimes does security. His personality is... hard to describe, but I'd say somewhat passionate and determined, but also somewhat relaxed if he has time/space to. He doesn't enjoy leading, nor leaders/the current NT politics and policies, but he knows that it's not the worst thing ever and can stay in lines usually, despite making snarky remarks. Enjoys freedom, to some extent.

When he's bored, he would roam the station if he has nobody cool to chat with, and sometimes seeks out intrigue(also, trouble?) to fufill his curiousity which is an amplified trait when he's bored/done with jobs. The curiousity gets him in some conflicts.

For backstory, he grew up on a world recently touched by technology, and some areas still practice old religions which see nine tailed kitsune as evil, so he had to escape to a few colonies established by (terragov, or any similar organization if they are present here.). Has worked briefly for interdyne under one of their child companies, but hasn't done anything particularly illegial.

His cloning data are leaked, and despite nobody mass cloning him(nothing special about his physical body), sometimes they're used in place of other mass used cloning data for the purposes of data gathering. (Explains how he can be a nukie/other antag jobs)
