Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): Hello! I am an SS13 novice and very new to SS14. I typically play characters that sort of blend into the background, but I want to get better at roleplaying (especially since I am DMing a DnD oneshot for the first time soon) and I want to create a character that can leave an impression on the crew!

What made you join Funky Station?: While searching for servers to join I heard this server was friendly to new players and wasn't crazy high pop. Also, I love the message board.

My main character was a by-the-books janitor named Terry Dactyl (sorry) who, when not cleaning, could usually be found at the bar, just waiting for the next glass full of whatever to spill. Many people on the crew could count on Terry to be the first one on scene in cases of extreme space vomiting, chemical spills, and recreational boxing matches gone wrong. Most of the time. Terry had a tendency to get roped into various schemes and plans by strangers despite his by-the-book nature, typically being swayed by the promise that the plan will somehow result in the advancement of the janitorial profession. This led him to occasionally halt his crusade against filth to take part in activities less than janitorial.

Whether it be exploring the debris field, being turned into a rogue robo-janitor, or being a fighter in a recreational boxing match gone wrong, Terry was as much a janitor as he was a vagabond of the civilian sector, always able to be swayed into joining in on any seemingly low-stakes adventure!
