Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): Rory Fisher. He is a human male that grew up on a rural area of a backwater planet and as such was isolated from the cutting edge of technology. Getting bored of this life, he ended up studying both engineering and science in order to hopefully get off his planet. Luckily for him, he eventually managed to get hired by NanoTrasen. Since this is his one and only chance of escape, he works hard and is careful not to step on anybody's shoes. Some would consider his strict adherence to protocol "overkill" but he would rather play it safe than sorry.
What made you join Funky Station?: I have two main reasons for wanting to join. The first reason was that I have seen multiple people recommend this server. The second reason is that I saw you have new player weekends which could help me become better at certain roles that I have never played before.
