What lead up to the warning: I broadcasted "1984" on the screens as station AI as a joke

Why it should be removed: I'll be honest, this appeal isn't really to get it removed (it'll go away in three months time, i would like to bring attention to the fact that the part in rule 7 about OOC in IC doesn't have anything saying where the line is, i had been operating under the idea that SS14's history is based on our history so stuff like songs, movies, books, history, etc would all be "old terra" stuff that you were allowed to reference (ex: when someone IC asks what song [midi] i'm playing i'll say something along the lines of "oh just this old terra song [song]).

tl:dr- the OOC in IC part of rule 7 isn't clear on what's acceptable and what's not and i think funkystation would benefit by establishing a clear line.

also i suppose i should add onto the actual appeal part of this since it was a point in the ahelp: the reason i broadcasted "1984" was because the way i think of station AIs and the way i wanted to play my AI is that they're supposed to be surveillance networks who keep watch over everything to make sure nothing goes wrong and to do that they want to track every single person, place, and thing on the station which is a very 1984-esc thing so i thought it would help establish the mood i was going for as station AI.

i'll be honest i don't know how funky wants AI players to be (no SOP and no guide) so i was just going for what i thought would be most interesting to RP with while following my laws.
