During a space walk to fix a leak on the station, my character walked off the space station and was floating in space, thankfully he could sacrifice his cigarette butt to get back on the station.
After a experiment where Science spawned in many monkeys and nanners, my character was tasked with cleaning as we didn't have a janitor role, while cleaning a gorilla was let out of maintanance and into engineering, it was contained in the tesla coil room, thankfully the gorilla was rescued and sent to a zoo.
Although he reported head of medical for requesting suspicious equipment from engineering, he gave his friend wire cutters and gloves so they could be silly.
In a Star Wars DND, my character was a young and inexperienced engineer, who studied a lot about ship maintanance and wiring, however forgot to learn the most important skill, how to communicate and understand droid languange.
