Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): Maryum, a human looking IPC character Ive been playing. She works as a detective most shifts, as thats what shes been built to do. Shes professional, robotic in a way that toes the line between appearing like a lawbound borg and a normal person, and a bit socially awkward. Its a little difficult for her to understand social cues, especially around jokes.
What made you join Funky Station?: RP, really. Ive played on wizden, goob, omu pelican, and (Currently still) Starlight. Starlight is the one ive been sticking to for a bit cause of the ability to write character backstory and descriptions that other people can see, but there's just not a lot of rp'ing on the Alpha server, and the beta server can get *really* low on players. Like, too low for the station to function as well as it should.
