ATMOS CHARACTER CALL

[SigmaDraconis]

Note: Not really an atmos character, but i do play engi with them.
Character name: Sigma Draconis

Player name: SigmaDraconis

Character personality/description:
A black-scaled lizard with a a strong build, draconis might seem intimidating at first sight but in reality he is anything but that.
Silly, goofy, friendly and kind, he likes being friends with his coworkers and crew.
He has a happy and silly personality, doing jokes all the time with the people around him.
His favorite engine to work with is the reactor, despite him having killed Tropico with it one too many times. And maybe having blown it up a couple times too.

Character's relationship with NT and their job:
He has had a complicated relationship with NT. Several incidents and disciplinary actions have seen him essentially get turned into an indentured servant: He gets no pay, yet has to work all the same. While this has generated some tension, he still tries to see the bright side of things, keeping his kindness and optimism on his every step.

Character name: Luna Lilac
Player name: Lydia (Lydia_SinniX in ss14)
Character personality/description: Luna is a very serious person coming from a militant background. most of her experience comes from field work and emergencies, so she might just hotwire or do quick fixes instead of proper ones.
Luna is also 148 cm (4'10) and pretty fit/skinny
Character's relationship with NT and their job: She is pro-NT due to a complex in-character reason i haven't really defined yet :p and engi/atmos wise she just does it because its her job.

[Sayrbee]

Character name: Hijaan Karkinouw
Player name: Sayrbee

Character personality/description: Hijaan is a fairly happy-go-lucky himbo of a Unathi engineer. He tries to be helpful when we can and knows how to. He stands at 6'6 with a solid, muscular build. His scales are mud green & with darker green tiger stripes. His head is topped with two large tan horns, and ropes of coiled green hair, along with small horn spikes sprouting from his cheekbones and chin. His left arm is a steel prosthetic, connected at the shoulder. He has a habit of giving a thumbs up.

Character's relationship with NT and their job: Hijaan loves doing engineering work and how he gets to interact with so many cool people, but he doesn't care for NT, they're a soulless mega corporation that does much more harm than good.

Character name: Laughs-Too-Much
Player name: Landstrider

Character personality/description: A funny yellow lizard with seemingly endless energy. Always smiling, always laughing, finds anything and anyone positively hilarious. Easily bored and distracted. Has low social intelligence, often runs her mouth or acts unprofessional (i.e. pretends to be asleep at briefings).
Character's relationship with NT and their job: Having been hired as a result of a Sapient Resources Department mishap, her continued employment is effectively a miracle. She only avoids being fired by being surprisingly competent at her job and having a disproportionately high generated profits/wage ratio. Routinely generates hundreds of thousands worth of spesos in frezon money.

Character name: Kindness

Player name: grumpykid22

Character personality/description: A high-energy thaven who is always up for a chat, oftentimes neglecting her job due to getting caught up in hijinks. Is prone to being quite gullible, and even more prone to getting angry when she realizes she is being messed with. Even though she has big emotions, she always tries to be kind.
There is a subtle insecurity behind her every action, she is deeply afraid of not living up to her name.

Character's relationship with NT and their job: Even though she is aware that working for NT is not ideal, she comes from a much worse background, so she is generally very grateful for this job, and tries to stay optimistic. She knows it could always be worse.
In general, she's not too hardworking or knowledgeable, and doesn't come from an engineering background. The reason she picked up atmos in the first place is because she made friends in that field, but overtime, she did become very interested in mixing exotic gases.

[Drywink]

Character name: Prudence In Envy
Player name: Drywink

Character personality/description: If he isn't hidden in his atmos lair, then he might be trying to hand over suspicious gases to anyone adventurous enough.
Usually friendly and welcoming, there is nothing worse for him than the common meteors that might hit the station, wasting his precious time fulfilling his gase addiction.
Also has a tendency to take a twisted pleasure at worrying the crew by intentionally putting the glowing rock to its limit until global warning starts being announced.

Character's relationship with NT and their job: Has always worked for nanotrasen, as far as he can remember. Was always drawn to engineering. Always felt like a tight family, something that he needed. Since then, he is always happy to help newcomers learn atmos, although most of the time they will try to find a way to run away.
