This is just a quick question about something that came up recently, do wizards fall under the protections of spacelaw? As in can you just DNR them for "Being a wizard" if they haven't done anything executable?

While space law is likely to change once the shift to forky happens, as it stands currently all visitors fall under space law. This includes wizards, but also by extention ninja's and nukies (the latter not being an issue usually due to acidifiers, or with nukies in particular execution is an easy thing to argue given their stated objectives.)
