I would take teleportation. It's instant. Flying has limits, like, I dunno, walls?

As with all would you rather this depends on the specifics. If I chose time travel and let's say, traveled back 5 years, would I be the me I am presently just 5 years ago? Or would I be the me from 5 years ago? Would I keep my memories in that instance? If the latter is the case, then time travel for sure. Otherwise time stop.
