Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!):
I've enjoyed playing as my character Hanush Salvia, a lazy senior engineer who signed their contract to defer their prison sentence (A direct result of his habits of cutting corners to make things work)
My more recent character I've been working on is a little guy named Bip Bipson, who can only say "Bip" and mime out other things to communicate. Particularly enjoying this on a different whitelist server (BPL14), if I do my job just right I usually reach Groot status by the end and have people sorta speaking for me or speaking toward my intention on their own.
What made you join Funky Station?:
I've played a lot of wizden (mander), Goob, and BPL14. Both mander and goob have 'mrp' as their title but I found that BPL14 really just has the spark that I enjoy from space station while still preserving the comedy and rp that goob and mander seems to lack.
I myself don't opt in to antagging because I don't know all of their mechanics and I don't feel confident in my ability to spice up a round like some people really can.
I'm really looking forward to finding communities that will give me a chance to work more on my ability to interact with people and not just uh, being shot down by the 100th murder boning antag who doesnt make some attempt at making that death memorable or try any gimmicks because they want to complete their objectives and nothing else.
I don't mind dying, I just wish more people would use the fun antags to like, terrorize me, make my death a laughable one, or create a wildly absurd situation that I'll remember fondly.
