Elliott Paroll watched her parents burn her friend alive and she often gets really upset because she thinks she could have done something so if she could go back I think she’d try and fight her parents and save her friend from being burnt alive

Steeve would no doubt go back and attempt to stop his biological mother from abandoning him in an alley as a grub. The planet he lives on has a robust social safety net, and while he would also want to ensure he was still adopted by his current father, he would much prefer having been given to a children's home than literally thrown away like trash.

For Bound she should go back and try to keep her parents crappy ship from crashing, leading to her entire family (as far as she knows) and clan dying, leaving her the lone survivor. But since she harbors a lot of hatred towards her parents for: "doing such a stupid fucking thing the mood-driven morons", she'd probably just go back and not get pregnant at 18. Nothing came of it and her family supported her all the way, but the few days of trying to decide what to do about it still wasn't awesome.

Amos probably would have dodged drugs in their youth to prevent them from becoming the current crisis on legs "unique" personality they are now. Either that, or avoid being adopted by the Vieux family altogether, running away to make their own life or at the very least going with any other, more functional family. Would this have worked out for them? Probably not, but the idea of Amos' chemistry degree being more than a thinly-veiled lie is fun to imagine.
