Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): I like playing a variety of characters, but one that I've been playing recently in Wizden servers is "Venomir 'Aarach' Goldfang". He is an arachnid bartender with a taste for finer things and an inflated ego. His signature is Demon's Blood, as it is a specialty on his homeworld. I play a large range of characters typically, but this was the most recent.
What made you join Funky Station?: I heard the grass was greener. I love roleplaying, really roleplaying. Space Station was the perfect game for me with an amazing concept but at times in the Wizden servers I usually played I found myself wishing it felt less game-y. Wishing it felt more like everyone was playing characters and not just themselves. I was tired of random crew members simply crawling into my kitchen as a chef or past my desk when I was trying to be a medical receptionist.
All this to say: I heard the grass was greener.
