Surely he can't be qualified as a medical officer? NAY! he says, for he knows how to crack the spine just right to close up any leg wound or speed up recovery from burns! Yeah of course he can do surgery, he's a DOCTOR!!! of chiropractics Most may say he's a fraud and "endangering patients", but they do not know the power of aligning the vital forces"! (I've used him under a couple names due to RP rules when playing medical intern ("Moe T. H. Mann" didnt really fit MRP))
