APPEARANCE: Relilikav is a Vox with yellow eyes and markings resembling that of the Earth species Pica pica(common name: Eurasian magpie). Childhood malnutrition has caused him to be short and underweight.
PERSONALITY: Extremely work-oriented. While coldly polite to most crew members, interrupting his work or obstructing his completion of SOP causes him to become belligerent, often causing conflict between him and other crew members. It is noted that Relilikav rarely starts openly attacking crew members- Relilikav appears to prefer leaving combative matters to the Security department.
HISTORY: Relilikav was born on a small Voxen clutchship, titled the Vulture, that split off from a much larger clutchship(likely [REDACTED], data is unclear). The Vulture consisted of only Relilikav's direct family members, who made their lives as scavengers of derelicts. Relilikav, as the runt of the first clutch, felt the lack of supplies their ship had the most- he appears to have suffered the worst from childhood malnourishment amongst his clutch. He grew up repairing parts of the clutchship that the larger members of the family could not reach. When it was decided that he was old enough to join scavenging expeditions, he made himself useful by getting into the networks of any still-powered derelicts, allowing them easier access to any materials. In one of these expeditions, he found an old, low-level NanoTrasen training video. Inspired by the video, he began looking into NanoTrasen for purposes of employment. He took the R&D Assistant Standardized Test and passed with flying colors. NanoTrasen accepted him into employment after Incident 1(see attached data), where he has maintained a strong work ethic and relatively clean record.
RECOMMENDED POSITIONS: Due to his ability to work with machinery, the role of Roboticist is the clearest path for Relilikav. However, he is just as capable in Xenoarchaeology or Anomalies. While he can perform the duties of Research Director, it is not recommended as a permanent position due to his abrasive personality.

INCIDENT 1: During the one-on-one NanoTrasen interview, Relilikav admitted to having access to top-secret NanoTrasen files. He attributed the access to poor cybersecurity measures and informed the interviewer that he knew how to reinforce them, on one condition: his employee benefits are extended to his family. NanoTrasen has decided to allow this deal to go through, along with a deal to take a dosage of MindWipe, as his family appears to be an important motivation to keep him loyal.
