What lead up to the ban: I was banned shortly after sending a gif depicting a character making a particular facial expression followed by the image of the "Happy Merchant" so I imagine that was the reason.
Why you should be unbanned: I did not mean to show antisemitism or offend anyone by sending that.. I am GENUINELY sorry for this moment of stupidity, I sent the meme with the premise that the character was making a similar expression and not accounting for the stereotypical racist implications of the original image and will never post anything of the likes again. I hope this is sufficient to excuse my actions, as a person who does not judge anyone based on their cultural identity (I have friends of different cultures) and care quite a bit about my presence on funky
