Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!):
One of my all-time favorites is Red, a sometimes-pc-sometimes-npc from my regular Apocalypse World (indie tabletop) game. He has all of the post-apocalyptic edgy trappings, but his background of being pressed into horrible, immoral behavior is mostly a story about loneliness and how isolation can make someone an easy target for extreme ideologies. For a more fun example, my character Preen from the same game is an artist with slightly skewed social ideals who believes that aesthetic beauty is the last truth to be found in the apocalypse, and organizes a found-family art-commune that indulges in hedonism religiously.
What made you join Funky Station?: I want more RP in my RP game! I've put around 50 hours into the official servers and am looking for a heavier RP environment than Lizard and Leviathan. I want to play in an environment with a more balanced approach to mechanics vs. storytelling and interaction.
