Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): I wrote a little bio for my latest character yesterday, so there you go. It's written from Nanotrasen's perspective 
Hails from the tropical planet Themis-5, uplifted several decades ago. The population of Themis-5 is very in-tune with the electricity that surrounds them. Energy crystals dot their forests and provide sustenance to a variety of its endemic life. Prior to our uplifting efforts, the population had already made significant technological discoveries using the crystals scattered across their lands. They wouldn’t have needed uplifting, if not for their distaste of space and its exploration. Their affinity for electricity and their technical know-how make the inhabitants of Themis-5 ideal engineers for our stations. We ran a recruitment program on their planet in the hopes of attracting new technicians, yet interest was scarce. Neujack’s application was amongst the very few we’ve received. During his interview, he mentioned feeling rejected by his peers for showing interest in space travel, and that our program felt like a sign from “the sparks”.
