CosCult and securing the AI Upload Console

A thing I've often seen during CosCult rounds on Fland Station, unsure if this can happen anywhere else, is Cosmic Cultists taking the spare AI Upload Console board from the Tech Vault. Thus I was wondering:

1. Does Command know Cosmic Cultists can turn the AI to their side?

2. At which point, if ever, is it considered powergaming to bring the AI Upload Console to somewhere more convenient like the Bridge?

3. Going from the previous question: at which point, if ever, is it considered powergaming to secure the spare AI Upload Console board?

Hello, going to try my best to answer this but don't take my answers as a hard line!

1 Command has no metashield regarding coscult so yes, they do know.
2/3 this is kinda a 2 in 1 deal: you should only do things with upload consoles when there is an actual threat and/or reason to do so. so the spare should just be left as it leaves more things for an antag to do or create conflict with.
