Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!):
I'll talk about a character I played during the New Player Weekend. His name was "Tastes Bad," a somewhat unlucky newcomer who ended up working for NanoTrasen mostly because he needed a paycheck and a place to stay.
Tastes Bad isn't particularly brave, talented, or experienced. He's the kind of person who gets himself into strange situations without meaning to. Despite being awkward around others and often confused by station procedures, he genuinely wants to help and do the right thing. He spends most of his time trying to learn new things, making questionable decisions, and accidentally causing small problems while attempting to solve bigger ones.
When he's not working, you'll usually find him wandering through maintenance tunnels, poking around places he probably shouldn't be, or chatting with whoever is willing to put up with him. He's curious, stubborn, and surprisingly loyal to the people he considers friends, even if his plans rarely go the way he expects.
What made you join Funky Station?
I've been looking for a server with an active community where roleplay and gameplay are both taken seriously without being overly strict.
