NT-Default defining "assets"

Post by Tac »

law-ntdefault-1 = Safeguard: Protect your assigned space station and its assets without unduly endangering its crew."

Are cyborgs assets?
Are bots assets?
Are station pets assets?

I am more-so asking what are definitive things that are NOT assets and should never be considered so

Apologies about the change but the previous answer was made in error, the admin team has come to a consensus on NT Default: What is an asset? An asset under NT Default refers specifically to physical capital that specifically belongs to the station - "its (the station's) assets". Crew members are not assets, they are defined as separate throughout the entire lawset, including in Law 1 itself (it also breaks the lawset to consider them such). Personal property (such as a paper from the clown with a bad joke on it) does not necessarily count as a station asset either, and Silicons don't have to pursue infractions against that.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.
