here's a tip for all my fellow reckless scientists: the artifact crusher activates "physical damage" nodes.
this was abruptly discovered this afternoon when i crushed an artifact with a "Explosion: Physical Damage" node and it activated, leveling arti for the third time that shift and instantly killing me.
