Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!):
Name: Barry Blaukevitz
Age: Chronologically 120 years old, biologically 23 years old.
Background: He was trapped in stasis/cryosleep for the past 92 years on a derelict spaceship and was woken up by one of NanoTrasen's salvage teams. Facing no other options and not having any social circles to fall back on, he eagerly joined on with NT as one of there many spaceborne employees, and has been serving in this role for a year now.
He is amiable, easygoing, and eager to help others. However, he also will display immense professionalism and seriousness when asked of by his job on the station, but he is no stranger to breaking down under immense stress. He also suffers from intense retrograde amnesia from being on a derelict cryosleep bed for over 90 years, and can only vaguely recall information from before going into stasis, if at all. This includes his early life, his sequences to what got him on that derelict in the first place, and why he was even in a cryosleep bed at all.
What made you join Funky Station?: Watching Peash Anjer's (AcornANut's) videos on SS14 convinced me that overall Funky Station is the station I would most like to play on. I also enjoy the roleplaying aspects of SS14 and believe Funky Station gives the best possibility for more roleplay in SS14 than other stations. I also like the implementation of metashield
