Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): I have had a few characters from the TTRPG CAIN that I've enjoyed very much. One of which is Shaye, an untrusting, adrenaline junkie, that loves alt rock and metal. She had lost her parents young, and been taken in by the shadier side of her family where after she had grown up a bit she was forced to take part in the criminal underground. She actually did rather well and even liked the work. the rush from doing these things made her feel more alive than she had her whole life. But after an unfortunate 'falling out' with her foster father she had awoken her Sin seed and was taken in by CAIN. In the first hunt we had to deal with a CENTIPEDE, a SIN born out of hatred for humanity. This particular CENTIPEDE resonated with Shaye quite a bit, and over the course of the HUNT, Shaye actually took interest and opened up a bit. The Hunt eventually ended with the combined effort of the EXORCISTS with Shaye sitting on death's door after having taken a SEVERE ATTACK head on before defeating it. The group barely got through the last rites for the SIN before largely going unconscious.
What made you join Funky Station?: A couple of friends were urging me to try it, so I joined into the (I believe latest) Open/Newbie server to learn for a couple of rounds and had a really good time though I am definitely unskilled.
