Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): I usually play a career engineer competent sometimes, unglamorous, been on stations long enough that nothing surprises him. He's the guy who has AUX power running before anyone notices the SMES dipped, sets up the Tesla because he likes the noise it makes, and takes a cigar break on the outpost catwalk when the shift's going well. Doesn't chase heroics, just wants the grid stable and the department not on fire. but he will not sit around if something happens in front of him.

I'm just trying to find my space station home. i've heard good things about funky, and just want to have a fun time as an engi.
