Subject: Hank Bolliday
Pros: Hank has proven to be a phenomenally charismatic, capable, motivated, and even helpful employee. Even when pursuing his own 'side-hustle', as he puts it, as an entrepreneur, he is interested in doing things properly. He always gets his permits, makes his own advertisements, secures his own merchandise, and even throws people a helping hand along the way. He's also good for morale. He's entertaining and friendly, even on his worst days.
Cons: Hank is erratic, to say the least. He's also a complete oddball, and always requires some kind of permit for something he's selling. I am sure we all remember Hank's Cake and Shanks. How he got the Head of Security to sign off on that one, I'll never know. He even got knives supplied by security and the salvage team. If he had a mind to, he could build a grassroots riot that could destroy the station.
Comments: Hank is an incredibly likable individual. I've had a proposal of his sitting on my desk for a month that I both don't have the heart to say no to and could not in good sense say yes to. He is seriously seeking approval to distribute syndicate contraband in something he's calling Syndiemart. On one hand, this would be a ridiculous thing to approve... On the other, it would provide an avenue to undercut the Syndicate on their own products... I will have to speak with the higher ups about this if only because I cannot decide.
