Would it be allowed to mass mindshield and NDA the entire crew for a cooperate secret "leak" of this size, which was basically the entire station. I think it would add a lot and fits into the narrative.

If it can create a roleplay opportunity, especially when post-nukies is often quiet, I don't see anything wrong with this.
