Though polite, kindhearted, unwaveringly loyal, and averse to violence, he's had an unfortunate run-in with the crippling vices of gambling and alcohol. He's an excellent card cheat, and has an almost completely different personality at the card table. All in all, Arno is a rather pathetic little guy with a heart of gold.
