Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): Vivianne Brooks. A southern bell meets mad-scientist set in the weird west 1800's. She was afflicted with tuberculosis and, in an effort to combat her own inevitable demise, sought the means to create an artificial version of herself via the use of the most advanced recording technology of her time... the phonograph tube. Prim, proper, and most assuredly dignified as the eldest daughter of a wealthy plantation estate, she nevertheless devolved more and more towards madness as the stages of her affliction progressed, squandering her stipend on "Scientific flights of fancy unbefitting her station" until she used the last of her allowance for a train ticket west. (The start of the actual campaign.)
What made you join Funky Station?: I played Space Station 13 on bee station around four years ago before eventually departing as my life and spare time went crazy. Once again in a more stable situation I decided to check out SS14 and, after searching around for a week for MRP servers, discovered Funky by way of Reddit.
