Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): My favorite SS14 character to play at the moment is a diona named Thorns Clothed In Rust! They're a rather angsty looking diona who molded themself after mistaking rusty barbed wire for rusty thorns. In contrast to their angsty appearance they have a rather calm disposition and I typically play them in the science department.
Despite the impression their appearance and name may give they are a rather amicable diona who is at their core just searching for new and exciting things. Their desire for novelty lead them to working in the science department, more specifically anomalous research as a main focus. While they are typically rather calm and amicable once they've finished their research for the shift they may occasionally pull harmless pranks on other crew members or just get up to some hijinks! As an example in one shift a chef was carting around coffee alongside some treats and they ate all the brownies he had and enjoyed them very much, but the chef refused to make more. So they began to use a tether gun and force gun to pull and fling the poor chefs cart laughing all the while!
What made you join Funky Station?: I've been just searching through various servers in search of something with lots of extra content stuff and a decent RP environment, the big high pop servers with no whitelist just kind of always feel like NRP or LRP to me and Funky Station was one of the first servers that caught my eye when I started playing SS14 for the first time a few weeks ago, but saw that whitelists were closed until a couple days ago.
