Add gifs and images upload to the website

Hello!!

When creating my signature or creating a post, I would like to upload gifs or images! (Hosting the images myself on my own website to link them here is not ideal and adds security risks by exposure).
You can sort of do this by using discord CDN links, but it's not great either.

you get permission to upload images once you're no longer part of the newly registered users group i blieve, which requires you to have made 10 approved posts

there will be a button below the message box labeled attachments where you can upload files

Aaaah gotcha! 10 post is quite a steep price to be able to post photos, but I also kinda get it. (unless replies count as posts, in this case, it's a fair price )
