Can the fact blood cultists only bleed Sanguine Perniculate be used as proof that someone is a blood cultists?

I have been wondering this question for quite some time. I have yet to use it in a round but on the off chance it happens, am I allowed to know that blood cultists specifically bleed Sanguine Perniculate? This is because you can't make it, it's the only source of said substance in the game, and the fact that it explicitly states it in the recognized liquids that a puddle contains Sanguine Perniculate?
