Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!):
The character I made specifically for SS14, Koho, is a nicotine addled Bostonian Moth who craves the medical field like a giant mercury vapor lamp beckoning him. He has zero internal monologue nor inability to learn as a psychological tap between his inner mind and the outer world has been shunted, allowing information to flow both in and out of his mind like water. There's a really good chance that the tap is more physical than psychological as his actions border questionable lines but he's all around a pretty alright guy that just wants to help people. This guy is fun to play as cause he reflects alot myself in person and allows me to mask what is gross incompetence of gameplay mechanics as "that one moth dude that keeps going outside for smoke breaks" (I'm literally looking up how to give CPR while afk smoking).
What made you join Funky Station?: I'll cut straight to the point, the first time I ever even played SS14 was yesterday on funky station when it was open to everyone and it was fun as hell. I assumed that being a medical intern would be a great and easy way to learn the game (they instantly made me do surgery this was the wrong role) but I managed to actually make it work as the people that I was shadowing were incredibly nice and made it incredibly fun RP-wise. Even the interactions outside of the medical bay were constantly in a looney tunes clusterfuck state which really resonates with me. I expected my first time playing this game to be alot more "gatekept" but the funky community made me feel welcomed with everything I was doing! I'd love to keep playing with everyone!
