ERT is "rarely" called in the grand scheme of 90% of the time, antags are arrested before shit really goes bad. (IMO through powergaming, like random searching someone you're pretty sure is a heretic just because its blue).
But any time there's a viable reason for ERT to be called, I see it called.
When really, just because ERT CAN be called doesn't mean they SHOULD be.
