Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): #1139 - Mr. Hands, a dealer whose greedy desires guided his actions towards helping the dirty scumbags and hateful zealots that opposed social harmony and sociostasis. He searched through the filthy streets to obtain materials for manufacturing of contraband that the cortex bore witness to many times with their encounters with the insurgents of kidneystan. His actions during wartime conflicted with the production of the wartime factory with the theft of a cortex property warhead and the eventual IED that became of that warhead. His actions stood in defiance of the Consul and their mission towards a prosperous and secure future.
