Garrano is supposed to be a shut-in character when playing any role other than security.
Intended to be more of a 'beat cop' character, it'll mostly be played as a secoff. However, Garrano is also intended to be a windowed character, whom may get up to quiet shenanigans - such as opening a speakeasy.
What made you join Funky Station? :
